Not much has changed over the past month. The car sits alittle lower now and some plate have been ordered to suit ( Non YOLO Hectik sik ) so hopefully they get approved as I think they will add to the OEM look I've been chasing.

DON'T USE AMOUR ALL, cracked my s13 dash.....

use "303". you can get it at autopro. exxy but has no silicon in it...

used it on my 32 gtr over two summers without a crack.

Yeah, KS13WA were the first plates i checked to see if they were available ;)

After knocking off from a stressful day i thought i would tackle tiding up the door handles in it. I could go down the easy path and buy new ones but I get more pleasure out trying to restore the scratched up old ones.

Here is what the passenger one started out like-
    Posted Image

I started out by hitting it with 2000grit wet and dry to get out the nasty stuff-
    Posted Image

Then once I was happy with the smooth dull surface I hit the plastic with mothers plastic polish and a microfibre clothe. Nice and shiny just like new with no wear marks.

Loving this build mate. It's the finer details that go in to this car that make it stand out above the rest, even if it's visual enhancements.

    Current Projects:
    1987 MKII S12 - CA20ET, full OEM build

    1993 S13 - Autech SR20DE, full OEM build
    2001 S15 - SR20DET, 355RWHP @ 19PSI

    Past Projects:

    1984 MKI S12 - CA20E

    1991 S13 - SR20DET (S15), 250RWHP @ 12PSI (Built Project, turned Track Hack)

it's about a kid, his dream of a cheap silvia and our motions to crush it with our weighted experience of paying all to much to get our sil's on the road/on track/repaired/etc etc and making him a better person by changing his forum posting habits

So I've been busy over the past week. I removed all the interior apart from the dash and stripped all the sound deadening out with dry ice. The sheety old carpet was replaced with Knox black plush carpet ( I'll put up a photo when I get the chance ). I also replaced the 2.25" mild steel exhaust with a Empire Performance (Brockas) 3" stainless system. The muffler sat in 4 inches to far under the bumper which didnt bother me as I have a Kakimoto muffler I wanted to replace it with. Today the car got dropped off to Josh at Metalcraft Marine to get some magic worked. Harley gave me the idea to run my Kakimoto muffler with a 3" V band fitting so I could swap it out with some blast pipes Josh made me also with a V band fitting allowing me to swap the ends out in a few minutes.
