Stereo cutting out

having a slight problem, when driving at night with lights on and music playing if i flick the high beams on the deck dies, and then restarts itself.
would this be because of a mud battery?

Ok i bought this car beginning of 06.
This is how it looked when i first purchased it

after a few months got vertex kit for it

then picked up a cheap set of rims for it.

then sprayed them after a few weeks

pretty sure at this point i had lost my license, and only time i could really drive it was at barbagallo.

Car went to get a respray in Green @ Atec Panel and Paint where it was suspiciously stolen and found in the bush(thanks adam, clint, gerrin owe you guys my life)

ended up taking something stupid like 2 months plus to spray, insurance also had to take it for inspections and shit, i got shit all out of it except for a fried clutch, whining diff, bald tyres and a chipped front bar, so yeah insurance didnt spot all those things they only spotted tyres, wasnt really worth the $700 excess, so i didnt go through with the claim.

Anyway got my car back from insurance 1/12/06, also got caught for driving without a license this same day. Had Round 5 drift comp the next day, was emo hard but got over it. Since then ive stopped driving, upgraded turbo, gate, injectors...
