R33 boosting issue

car runs fine for about 10mins of normal driving and then once its at operating temp it seems to not boost properly starts making a noise like "gagagagaggagagaa" (round 2.5krevs) when i try to accelerate and then usualy when i push the pedal to the ground it stops that noise and boost, but that technique looses it's effect after a while :\
allso can hear a whining noise when boosting from the left side of the engine bay (drivers position)

I REQUIRE NICE STANCE

Trying to get into the stance game since i'm rebuilding and pretty much have a very small knowledge on how it's all done.

Basically I'm at getting some after market fenders, spacers and coil overs with the camber tops and anything else that would be required.
Something like this would be something i am aiming for, i'm also looking for some very wide rims for the fronts but again i'm not too cluey on whats good and whats not lol.

i want some real agressive stance.

so yeah any infomation/guides/recomendations would be really awesome

R33 Crap fuel eco

Borrowing a friends 33 and it seems to have real shitty fuel consumption, $20 will last me about 45k's (near empty) could it be the o2 sensor?
Drive it like a nanna and it's just rediculous the amount of fuel it uses.
