Ca18det running lean?

Hey all got a really annyoing problem with my ca18det. i'll just explain wat its doing.

When it starts up it idles at 1200-1600 cold but when it warms up it sits on 1200.
When i rev it i can go all the way no worryies. Then when i take it for a drive and give it w.o.t she dies and backfires and shit.
Also when cold i can hit boost then it starts coughing spitin and just dosen't go anywhere.(even on W.O.T) When warm as soon as i go near 0 on boost gauge she starts backfiering shootin flames and other unwanted shit.

After driving i can't even rev it all the way when parked up, like i could before driving it.

Recently installed 040 and gtr injectors but when pulled out plugs the tips were white>

Anyone have any idea of what could be wrong with car besides it a ca?

Just a quick question is the ca18det valve cover gasket the same as the ca18de?
