  4. nistune yeah turbo i would say garrett 2871R .86 rear housing or the tomei arms m7960 both good for 300+ hp 740cc yeah fuel pump yeah 255 walbro and coil packs not needed unless yours are faulty

  9. plus one for datsport quality . on my last datsun 1200 i bought almost every item maddat sold and cant remember a single item i was happy with (quality and fitment) . my current sr20det datsun 1200 ute (i didnt build this one) has alot of maddat but has the datsport coilovers
  10. Sounds like the normal MIG welds most exhaust shops do ....... they think silver paint fix's all welds . in the future go to any fabrication shop that has a tig welder
  11. roughly 2 weeks till the next race and the car is halfway through inlet manifold swap and turbo swap i decided to remove the manifold to clean up the coolant lines and swap injectors a mint s15 turbo setup turned up cheap so im installing that atm and looks like i have found a 4.3 diff and the mud tires should be here any day now
  12. previous owner said it was euro import and very rare lol lap times wise im improving each lap but still getting beat by fwd Hyundai excels ..... ooo the shame i want the car to be able to drift at collie so i might slap the 2871/86 turbo and 850cc injectors i have spare not shore if this setup will work well on the dirt :? cheers lee turbo ca18's ran the 4.3 diff also but getting rare these days
  13. so after running the car at bunbury with coilovers i soon realized i needed to find some stock suspension. after finding and fitting the suspension i hit up the beverly track , car felt heaps better but the traction from the 195 rally tires wasnt that crash hot and my 3.9 ratio diff left the car bogging down so next upgrade is finding a 4.3 or higher ratio diff :? and after looking into rwd rally cars from the early 80's (before awd took over) they ran very wide rears eg 295/60/16s sadly rally tires dont come in that size anymore , so im going to try out some 30inch by 10.5 r15s on the rear..
  14. quick run down 1989 euro import so its badge'd 200sx in the quarter glass and center tail lights healthy sr20det swap 3inch turbo back welded diff 3.9 t25 turbo 7psi competition brass clutch fully stripped out
  15. i always thought nistune was the poor mans ecu option but with limp mode , flex fuel and boost control it seems too good to be true :? but i did hear the boost control was limited (max psi)
